Submit an ARC request before you start the work whenever the project involves a building, alteration, fence/wall/hedge/pool, outbuilding, exterior sporting equipment, satellite dish/solar panels, or similar exterior improvement that needs Architectural Control Committee approval.
 

No building may be erected, placed, or altered until plans/specifications/plot plan are approved in writing. 

Download the ARC request form, fill it out, and email it to hillsofshannon@gmail.com with supporting documentation. Provide the materials, a schematic, a plot plan showing the location, and descriptions such as color swatches/brochures/fliers. We encourage homeowners to read the covenants first and obtain necessary Smithville city permits.

Submit at least 30 days before you plan to begin, and do not begin until you have written approval and any required City of Smithville permits.
