Proposed Bylaw & Declaration Changes

In preparation for our May vote, we have created this page to give all members full visibility of the proposed changes.  Be aware, every proposed change comes from the input of our members and brings our Bylaws and Declarations more inline with the needs and wants of our homeowners. 

Currently, our Bylaws and Declarations require us to legally pursue homeowners in violation, which would cause the HOA to rack up thousands of dollars in legal fees and taking away our member dues from making the improvements we all want to see. The proposed changes add in a fine schedule that will allow the HOA to pursue violations of our very few without incurring the legal costs. This also allows the HOA to utilize those dollars collected directly from fines to build our legal fund which moving forward would avoid the HOA from spending any member dues on legal matters.
