In preparation for our September vote, we have created this page to give all members full visibility of the proposed changes. Along with providing the full revised documents, we have provided an additional document to assist our members with identifying each section that has been revised. We encourage our members to review each of the changes and provide back their input / feedback on the those revisions in their respective forms provided below.
Be aware, every proposed change listed comes from the input of our members and brings our Bylaws and Declarations more inline with the needs and wants of our homeowners.
In addition to the listed changes, we will be presenting a Fine Assessment Schedule for those who choose to violate the Bylaws and Restrictions. Currently, our Bylaws and Declarations require us to legally pursue homeowners in violation, which would cause the HOA to rack up thousands of dollars in legal fees and taking away our member dues from making the improvements we all want to see. The proposed Fine Assessment will allow the HOA to pursue violations of our very few without incurring the legal costs. This also allows the HOA to utilize those dollars collected directly from fines to build our legal fund which moving forward would avoid the HOA from spending any member dues on legal matters.
